Digital downloads

Your download link arrives by email right after checkout and is also on your order confirmation page. If it doesn’t arrive within an hour, check your spam folder, then contact us.

Preloaded drives and printed editions

• We build, check and print every order ourselves in the US, then ship it with tracking.
• Orders ship within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout.
• If we can’t ship by the date we gave you, we’ll email you a new date before it passes, and you can cancel for a full refund.
• We ship to US addresses for now.

Refunds

• Digital products: email us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full.
• Drives and printed editions: return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. If it arrived damaged or doesn’t work, we pay return shipping or send a replacement, your choice.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 7 working days of approval.
